Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GOODmeme (the “Platform”), operated by JPEG LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is available at www.goodmeme.org and through our iOS application.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GOODmeme. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Your Account

You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication, or create an account with your email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User-Generated Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to GOODmeme. By submitting content, you grant JPEG LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including ensuring you have the right to share it. You represent that your content does not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Content We Don't Allow

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Content that promotes violence against specific individuals or groups
• Content that exploits or endangers minors
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Content that impersonates another person or entity
• Content that violates applicable law

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reported content is reviewed promptly — typically within 24 hours — and violating content is removed. Users who post objectionable content or abuse others will be ejected from the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Community Conduct

When using GOODmeme, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• Circumvent any content moderation or security measures
• Create multiple accounts to evade blocks or bans

Reporting & Blocking

You can report content that violates these Terms using the report function available on all content. You can block other users to prevent them from interacting with you. We review reports and take action as appropriate, including content removal and account suspension.

Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on GOODmeme infringes your copyright, submit a takedown request to team@readJPEG.com including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing content with its URL, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good-faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. We will review and respond to valid requests in accordance with the DMCA.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile information will be removed. Content you previously submitted may remain on the Platform in anonymized form. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Intellectual Property

The GOODmeme name, logo, and all original Platform content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of JPEG LLC. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GOODmeme is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPEG LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages related to user-submitted content, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JPEG LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or via email. Continued use of GOODmeme after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
